| Employment Pathways, a division of Abilities of Northwest Jersey, Inc. has been placing individuals with disabilities into integrated work settings since 1986 and has been instrumental in assisting over 500 individuals in securing community employment opportunities. Employment Pathways offers job placement, training and long term support services to ensure success in maintaining community employment. |

Services offered include:
- Job Sampling/Job Shadowing
A time limited service that provides the opportunity to
explore a variety of career areas.
- Job Development and Placement
Provides individualized assistance in identifying interest,
career opportunities, support needs, and job matching.
- Job Coaching
Individualized training and support to assist the employee
in achieving success in their employment.
- Follow Along Services
Unlimited visits are provided to assure satisfaction of
the employer and employee.
